It's harvest time at the LLIAM community garden! Our children have been learning about agriculture by helping plant, water, and care for our vegetable garden.
This season, we've harvested cabbage, tomatoes, carrots, and greens. These fresh vegetables are supplementing our children's meals with nutritious, home-grown food.
We're also sharing the harvest with some of the neediest families in our community. It's a beautiful way to teach our children about generosity and caring for others.
The farming project is not only providing food but also teaching valuable skills that will serve our children well in the future.
